Frightenedly, I unscattered the confuseds children running to the set up .As  the first transition set in they run to a seat but this is not our game.like a  dj the starting and stopping the old rusty music.”ding dong” the bell makes a funny sound.

Like a jumping sack race the 5 ,6 and 7 year olds race to grab a squash ball.Chucking and catching the balls.run as fast as they can.

The music stops in a flash they freeze.As across the fence there were another group needing the music to start and stop.

In passion we are make clay sculptures.I realy want to do something with dance.We started to search the web for ideas i came across a ballet shoe.Let me say that didn't turn out to good.Then my second idea came into plan.I started by  flatten the clay then i wrote dance and jazz and hip-hop and that.then i modified it and did some little detail.

Last week Stu Duval  came down to Pirongia school and shared about this book life and the wonderful books he has wrote.After that he told us a story he was thinking of.It was a story about a boy who's name was Red Mackilister who grew up in a orphanage only 16 or 17 years old.he was named after his rich red hair.left on the doorstep of a lovely home in a net basket.He was accused of stealing bread from the bad bread baker but the baker was just throwing out the bread and he grabbed a few stale crusts. So he was sentenced 14 years in prison...


The next day was the real fun part it was dressing up as some sort of book character.I dressed up as the wicked witch of the west. When I got to school and saw everyone and they looked really spectacular I thought that Isabella and Mac looked realy looked like there character (they won).


On Monday was the literacy quiz which is like a on different categories on book like stuff.Our group got 38 points.Our groups name was bookicorns like book and unicorn smashed together.

Camp

Camp!!!

Perched on the horse I wonder when we're going to go.I feel my heart pound.The blue barrels guide us round the ring.I wave to the people rock climbing.

Walking shaking nervously I walk outside.Suddenly Charli runs up the hill i thought she was going to run away.

As we go round the pound I realized how awesome this activity is. My horse charli always wanted to go on the right side of the track which was annoying. Horse riding was one favorite activities.

After the last production, I feel the relief rush through my body. Taking off my sore, but pretty, mask covering my face I still remember everything. Standing on that one stage. Dancing to that one song. I  am still happy about this day and it all turned out as a success.One bird all happy.

Moooo bellows the cow .Grabbing the bee pillow, I wack my face.hiding under my blanket, I make a moaning noise.

Yelling at the boisterous cow be quiet! She moans back, say why should i when i'm unhappy? It argues.

Then follows silents.I  suggles up to finally go to bed.

Hearing the beep from the dreadful alarm as I look at the clock and remember I had set it for 5.00am . when I  grab my heifer lump of stuff  I bang my way down the hallway. I sit down in the kitchen and wonder when mums coming back in.I look back into the hallway as I relies  somethings coming towards me as it comes closer I see that its's just my bosy sister Emma.


As I feel my heart poding i watch the other people on the stage doing amazing but i just remind my self it's only my first competition.

Siting in the back of the line  I wonder when it would be my turn as I was the last one in line.as i hop up on the beam i feel my self shake.I say to my self six steps forwards turn oh no the clof  is scraching up and a finally get my balance back i do my prefect pose and walk of to a landing on the big foam block.

plant Inquiry

Our Question was:What soil is best for plant growth?

At the Hamilton gardens we learnt that loam was a great soil for plant growth.

Our experiment was to see if loam was our final answer, or if one of our other soils were the best.

We saw that sand was the worst because it was too dry, chicken poo was too rich in uric acid.Our dirt and horse poo was our best ,loam didn’t work because we didn’t manage to get hold of it.

We learnt that dirt was our best and it was free you can’t get loam from and store,you just have to dig it from river banks or make it out of clay,sand,dirt and organic matter.

On Wednesday week seven we traveled to down to Hamilton gardens to find answer to our questions.raining raining I sream to my self. as we take cover in the sustainable garden.as we trot out of the tropical garden we realized that we are actually  in the fantasy garden that Libby wanted to go in so she was sad as. so the we traveled  into the cool china collection.





Firstly we rolled into the Japanese garden.To find a little pond with three ducks.On the other side there are realy pretty bushes on display .When we went out of the Japanese garden.We came into the Italian Resistance garden.Which is my favorite garden because of the water falls and how you can see over to the eating area  and there's up stair and on the other side was a bit where you look down a the Waikato.


as we walk back to the car we beg and beg to go on the play ground.as we look at a wood caving in a cabinet. I admirer it with all my heart.I want to thank Hamilton gardens for this opportunity and the gardeners who saw as.

Which is worse for our diets sugar or salt?

Heart pounding faster and faster … the next minute silently you drift off to a deep sleep.I am going to tell  how salt is worse than sugar. The three reason why salt is worse than sugar are what effects does it have on our body.How a stroke can be caused by salt.finally how salt has a effect on stomach cancer.

Salt can raise the blood pressure and cause all sorts of symptom such as obesity,kidney stones ,stomach cancer, etc.A small amount  of salt are essential. In reality we are eating approximately 8.1 grams of salt per day.for adults the normal amount is 1.5 grams per day

A stroke usually occurs when in the blood to the brain is cut off causing the cells to die.The stroke in the UK is the biggest threat.high blood pressure is the number 1 cause for a stroke.

There is a lot of salt in ready to eat foods.Men have a much higher risk of stomach cancer than women. Helicobacter pylori is a type of stomach cancer. this type don'ts realy damage the stomach.stomach cancer is usually on the top of the stomach.Treatment includes loss of hair eyebrows eyelashes and other skin issues.

some people might think that salt power the brain.here is a reason why sugar is you.sugar is high in fructose which overloads your liver.

so I inset that you don't eat as much salt as normal or people will die everyday because of have to much salt .You should think be for you eat all your salty foods.

Smelling in the terrible smell of the deer organs.They cut into the windpipe.We cut into the kidney and saw how the wren was made.We had a brain. I was surprised how small the brain was.

After morning tea we got the chance to dissected  cattles hearts.Sitting patiently,my group waits for the precious heart. All of my group waited to do dissecting accepted cringing Libby but luckily Dareeya had one more glove so Libby wore that .Jessada Cuts into the heart we find the spider web things. Demolishing the heart find find all sorts of stuff.

After that we dawdled over to the other side of the classroom to the scanner.we scanned our hearts.To see if they are still beating.They put this special jelly on the scanner.

Our Koru are representing our sports house.The to Koru's on the side are the house captain looking after the kids in the house.the teachers are on the hammer head.A hammer head represents strong.the whole sculpture  is standing on a hammer head.

Gracefully, I dive into the clear water.As pull through the shallow water and make it to the end the cold pool.Excitedly, I jump out of the pool to retrieve a blue cube.

As I eavesdrop on a  conversation. I hear that we will have to do the whole race again!We get called up to the starting line all the other people go why are we doing this again.Tiredly,I then I say to them that  some people swam in the 9 year old race and they were an 8 year old.

In backstroke I got 3rd.I also went in the girls fun relay and our team excitedly got second.As I dived through the water I dodged the confusing Jessica in the water swimming left to right.

My first proud  moment is getting a milk monitor position. I got to have a trip to the frontier in Hamilton.I also have that on my blog.another achievement is that I got second in freestyle but it did not count because it had to be redone.

Milk Monitor Trip By Lexi Crash the bus makes as jump like a giant wagging as around. We wave to the rush hour people behind as and finally someone waved back. Ding ding ding. Lily makes such a big noise with the hand bell. ”It’s a healthy life for us,” we all start to sing nervously and people start to video on their phones. We go to the lunch room and everyone follows us. Here are the games. Pie face, who can fold the cartoon first and the process of where the milk comes from.

Furiously, I pull a face to the sweet potato when a I finally get to the awfulness of red sweet potato.

Painfully, the sweet potato hit me like a wrecking ball.

Harmfully, it burned the back of my throat.

Tip toeing sneakily, I side all the sweet potato in the chicken scraps  and run of to my dirty room.
